Logo Graphics: Developed logo graphics mirroring the company name and exclusive product line while being highly readable and visible from on-site signage, the company’s only marketing vehicle at the time.
Website: Since images of product were limited to just one home, the site focuses on the details of a custom home. Navigation, copy and images highlight the builder’s attention to detail, custom features, indoor and outdoor entertainment areas that showcase the large lots with mature landscaping. A fast-loading photo gallery was developed to highlight design features and has since been expanded with two additional homes.
Since this builder does not have sales staff nor list his homes with a Realtor, it was imperative that Realtors understand his policy and willingness to pay a sales commission. A section within the site was developed to allow a Realtor to register a client without a face-to-face encounter.
