Silverleaf: Realtor Grand Opening

Challenge: Grand Open and target Realtors specializing in custom homebuyers in $500,000 to $1 Million within the Keller, Texas market area.

Solution:
Capitalize on Keller, Texas being named by Money Magazine as one of America’s Best Places to Live.  Created an educational Economic Forum breakfast on-site event with the City Manager of Keller and Residential Strategies’ principal Ted Wilson as guest speakers.

Campaign Elements
Invitation:  Hand-delivered invitation styled after cover of Money Magazine.
Internet: Invitation e-blasted to 50 targeted Realtors
Forum-On Site Event:  Guest speakers addressed strengths of Keller’s luxury home market compared to declining areas within the DFW Metroplex and Keller’s growth and economic future during informal but “white tablecloth” breakfast.

Results: 37 of the 50 invited Realtors attended both guest speaker sessions and toured the homes, and many requested printed scripts of the presentations.  Additionally, several attending Realtors are now committed to a Silverleaf Realtor advisory committee.
