Challenge:  Re-brand company specializing in designing and building master-planned community outdoor amenity centers, water parks, parks and playgrounds.

Solution:
Develop new logo, logo graphics, tagline, website and print brochure to capitalize on company’s services, products, core business skills and accomplishments.

Logo graphics were developed to feature the company’s design abilities while reinforcing their core business skills of building outdoor water parks. The tagline, “World-Class Outdoor Environments,” completely explained the company’s abilities and a fun icon of a boy in a snorkel mask later named “Splashy” was utilized in on-site development signage, apparel, vehicles and print and on the website. All vehicles were developed simultaneously to spread cost.
